Built by a sales leader who’s been in your shoes.

Anwar Allen founded HireDNA after years of building and leading sales teams in the SaaS and tech space. Like many founders and sales leaders, he experienced the frustration of hiring reps who interviewed well but failed to deliver once hired.

Determined to fix the process, Anwar created HireDNA to bring structure, science, and predictability to sales hiring. His approach blends real-world experience with data-driven systems to help companies consistently hire sales talent that performs and sticks.
